Honey is the new single by (the) Dead Sea Flowers. Just like the vomited sweetness made by bees to eat during times of scarcity, this song brings some vomit and sweetness for you to listen to in these times of creative scarcity.

Honey springs forth fully formed out of the crackle and static of guitar feedback, establishing a relentless bass and organ riff with a horn section stabbing out lines that accompany the mesmerizing groove. The rhythm section of the song seemingly playing in reverse while the rest of the instruments pulse forward. At times anarchic shards of noise burst through only to be sucked under the riff again... the singular chanted lyrics "you're dead honey, you are dead" add a shamanistic tone followed by more cosmic echoing guitar noise. By the time the song is over you will be reaching for repeat or delete. In either case that will say more about you than it will this song.

Honey is released as a stand alone single and precursor to the upcoming full-length "Catapult & Bloom". Honey indeed.
